For Pregnancy: Folic acid maintains and supports healthy foetal development and helps to prevent neural tube defects, such as spina bifida. Folate maintains and supports a healthy pregnancy. Iodine maintains and supports healthy thyroid hormone production. Iron helps maintain and support placenta growth health and growth, helps maintain and support healthy foetal central nervous system and brain development.
For pre-conception and general health: Vitamins C and E, Selenium, and Zinc are antioxidants that decrease free radical damage to body cells. Vitamins D and K2 support bone mass, integrity, and strength, and healthy teeth. Vitamins C and D and Zinc maintain general health and wellbeing.

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains Soy.
Does not contain: Dairy, egg, fish, gluten, lactose, MSG, nuts, sesame, shellfish, sucralose, gelatin or wheat.
